We couldn't let the children miss out on the excitement, so we've organized a delightful Children's Party featuring a fancy dress competition, enchanting storytelling, fantasy crafts, and lively dancing from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
In the afternoon, there's a fantastic chance to unleash your creativity with our Paint 'N Sip session led by Amy at The Painted Dance Floor. No prior experience is necessary for this engaging 90-minute guided painting class, as all materials will be provided.

With your assistance, the Oak King must bestow the crown before the clock strikes midnight. Will the dancing Ember Fae, the enchanting Star Fae, or the melodious Merfae take the honour? You are warmly invited to an enchanting evening of fantasy, cosplay, mischief, and adventure!

FAQ

Do I have to dress up? No, this is your Fantasy Ball, so feel free to wear anything you like. Many guests enjoy embracing the theme and immersing themselves in a character, whether that's a ballgown, black tie attire, fairy, princess, knight, medieval outfit, goblin, or any fantasy-inspired persona! We've put together idea boards, and you're welcome to reach out with any questions to ensure you feel at ease during the event. We will also have a ticketed cloakroom available for securely storing coats, cloaks, capes, or bags for your convenience.
Can I bring a weapon as part of my costume? Yes, as long as it is blunt, easily breakable on contact, a display piece, or handmade. All weapons must be declared upon arrival, so we can inspect them to ensure safety. Any potentially dangerous items will be securely stored by us until you leave the venue to ensure a safe environment for all guests. We cannot take responsibility for transporting weapons in public areas outside the venue, including on public transportation or in personal vehicles.
Can we attend as a family? This event is strictly for ages 18 and over. If there are any doubts about age, you will be asked to present ID, including at the bar which operates independently.
Do I need to pay for anything whilst there? All entertainment is included with your ticket, except for drinks at the bar and items from our sweet treat cake stall. If you'd like a Taster Tarot reading, our wonderful Romany Rosie is offering her services for a small donation of your choice to benefit Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

We have two amazing segments to our day, and here is where you can secure your tickets to join us. The Mystical Market will run throughout the day with a mere £3 entry fee, and children can attend for free! Plus, we have two fantastic additional activities that require advance purchase: a children's party in the morning and a creative art session in the afternoon. This ensures that we can accommodate everyone who wishes to participate and foster a delightful atmosphere for all.

The spectacular evening Fantasy Ball features three levels of tickets: Standard, VIP 1 Mezzanine, and VIP 2 High Table. Our VIP guests enjoy guaranteed seating with a view of the main Ballroom, along with a Grazing Table, Gift Bag, Table Service, and exclusive Character Photo Opportunities in a private area. All ticket options provide access to all entertainment, live music, side quests, and immersive photo areas—though standard tickets do not guarantee seating. The stunning ballroom will be transformed into an enchanting realm for exploration, connection, and dancing!

Featuring 96 award-winning rooms across five floors, we provide a diverse selection of spacious double, twin, and family accommodations, as well as elegantly designed suites and studios. Many rooms offer breathtaking views of the charming Leeds Liverpool Canal and the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Dales. All floors are accessible via a lift, although a few rooms do require stair access. A specially designated accessible room is available for guests with disabilities.
